Granted this article was written from an American perspective, however their concern that employers need to look after the protection and safety of their employees is one that resonates across the pond in Australia. We certainly are finding that employers are switching on to the need to educate their staff in their own personal security. Employers are responsible for doing what they can to ensure their employees are safe whilst at work ….. and even travelling to and from work.
