Have you got your USI number?

From 1 January 2015 ALL STUDENTS will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to obtain their certificate or qualification from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). In other words, we need your USI to issue your certificate. If you have any issues please don’t hesitate to contact us to assist you.

A USI gives students access to their online USI account which will help keep all your nationally recognised training records together. Students can access their USI account online from a computer, tablet or smart phone anywhere and anytime.

The USI will:

• link a student’s VET achievements, regardless of where in Australia they did the course
• let students easily access secure digital transcripts of their achievements (transcripts will be available from April 2016)
• give students more control over their VET information.
