Corporate Conflict Management and Self Defence

We would like to thank VETASSESS for engaging Strike Training and Consulting to deliver our “Conflict Management and Self Defence” program to their staff.

VETASSESS found their employees were encountering aggressive, threatening and anti-social behaviour when dealing with some clients. As an all-female staff the organisation recognised there was a major issue with security of their staff whilst on site. Strike created bespoke training program to specifically meet the security and personal safety issues of the staff.

As an addition Strike applied its experience and knowledge in the area of security to conduct an assessment of the VETASSESS office practice and procedures. We provided recommendations for a safer and more secure environment to support the training received.

Thank you so very much for our training day and sending through the documents.

My Manager has agreed to having a meeting with our Corporate Services team around security and OHS within the next few weeks and then to implement an action plan to tackle issues.
